Hi ladies! I am new to this blogging thing, but I've heard good things about it! :) I am hoping to blog my way to being thin again.
I just started back to Weight Watchers a month ago. My WI's have gone like this so far...
Week One - Down 5
Week Two - Down 2
Week Three - I stayed the same
Week Four - I got my groove back and I was down 4!!!! :)
The loss this past week has really motivated me to continue! I've even started exercising!
I am hoping to read many of your blogs, and find encouragement and friendship! :)

Stacie was right when she told you that this can be a very supportive addition to ww through your wt loss journey.
It is a great way to share and boast about your accomplishments and to share times when you are not doing so well. We have all had our days... The girls picked me up here pretty good today and gave me the boost I needed. :)
